October 31, 2019 (SALT LAKE CITY, UT) — Kratos Transport, LLC (a Genos Capital managed company) acquired Speedy Towing in Salt Lake City, UT today. The acquisition is an add-on to the acquisitions of Alpha and Bravo Towing that Kratos Transport closed on earlier this year.
Speedy Towing has been in the Tow and Transport Industry since 2001 serving Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Their focus is on providing top-notch professional service in the Light/Heavy Towing and Transport space. The former owner of Speedy Towing, Michael Miller, will stay on as the General Manager of Kratos Towing. Mr. Miller will work with Genos Capital CEO, Chris Mantas, and COO, Dean Estrada, to help direct the growth in this Industry for Genos.
